Expression levels of some immunophilins (especially, showing changes in mRNA expression levels under water stress) in different tissues. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR was performed with gene specific primers using cDNAs from RNA samples. RNAs were isolated from RNA samples isolated from different tissues.
