The "y" axis represents the number of unique tags (log10). Differentially accumulating unique tags with a 5-fold difference between libraries are shown in the red region (98.49%). The blue (0.89%) and green (0.61%) regions represent unique tags that are up- and downregulated for more than 5 fold in the INF library, respectively.
