Different colours indicate the four mono-nucleotide microsatellites (poly-T and poly-G are reported in the external circle, poly-A and poly-C in the internal circle), bar lengths correspond to the number of repetitions. Arrows indicate polymorphisms (base mutations, microsatellites and indels). The circle reports the interspersed repeats: to the same number corresponds the same repetition. External or internal number position corresponds to the sense or anti-sense sequence direction.
