Screening by reverse Northern. One set of membranes is shown as an example. Each cDNA obtained from the SSH library was spotted onto a membrane. Membrane (a) and (b) were two identical membranes. Each blot was hybridized with ³²P-labeled probes derived from 20 μg of total RNA. Membrane A was hybridized with total RNA from waterlogging-treated samples as a probe, and B was hybridized with total RNA from the control as a probe.
