Functional validation of the CgEC124 signal peptide. A The secretion of CgEC124 signal peptide was verified by yeast signal trap assay. The full-length sequence of CgEC124_FL and the no signal peptide sequence of CgEC124_NS were fused into pSUC2 vector and transformed into yeast strain YTK12, respectively.
