Phylogenetic analysis of 167 aquaporins, which from O. sativa (Os), A. thaliana (At), N. tabacum (Nt), and H. sapiens (hAQPs, yellow) respectively. The AQPs of plants clustered into five different subfamilies (PIPs, TIPs, NIPs, SIPs and XIPs). The full-length amino acid sequences were aligned using ClustalW and phylogenetic tree was constructed using MEGA X based on the NJ method. The numbers at the branch points represent the bootstrap values of the phylogenetic tree (1,000 replications,≥50%)
