M6, M24, and M48 represent samples taken 6, 24,48 h after feeding, while CK6, CK24, and CK48 represent control samples at the corresponding time points. The expression levels were calculated based on the 2−ΔCT method relative to the internal reference gene. The bars represent the mean ± SD (n = 3). Significant differences between the treatments and CK were determined by Student’s t test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ns: no significant difference)
