Based on RNA-seq results, we analyzed the expression patterns of all PkorARF genes at three embryonic developmental stages (ZB, ZC and ZD). Korean pine housekeeping genes 18 S and β-actin were used as internal references, and the expression of Pkor10G00543.1 in ZB was used as a control. The red and blue folded lines represent two internal reference genes, respectively, and the horizontal coordinates represent three embryonic developmental stages of Korean pine.
