GrCSLD2/3, GrCSLD5 and GrCSLD6 have a cellulose_synt and a zf-RING_4 domain. GrCSLD1 only contains a cellulose_synt domain, and GrCSLD4 includes a zf-RING_4 and two cellulose_synt domains. Two GrCSLD2/3Â s are shown in Fig. 1 because Gorai.004G257300.1, Gorai.003G052200.1, AT_CSLD2 and AT_CSLD3 form a monophyletic group (Fig. 3). The functional domains and positions of these domains were identified via sequence searches with the online programs SMART, Interpro and NCBI conserved domain databases
