Effects of ELF3 allelic variation on the expression of PIF4 and auxin-responsive genes. qRT-PCR analysis of (a) PIF4, (b) SAUR19, (c) SAUR23, and (d) AtHB2 expression in WT (Ws-2) and transgenic complementation lines (see Fig. 3a). Seedlings were grown for 7 days at 20 °C and transferred to 28 °C or kept at 20 °C (control). Seedlings were harvested after 4 h in the middle of the 8 h dark period.
