This maximum likelihood (RAxML) tree was built using two plastid (atpB, rbcL) and one mitochondrial (matR) gene sequences which were concatenated and aligned, using MUSCLE (EMBL-EBI), with those of 18 other plant species including Rosids, Asterids, monocots and a basal eudicot.
