  2. **Allelic series of genotypes composed of six polymorphisms: lcyE 5′TE, lcyE SNP (216), lcyE 3′indel, crtRB1 5′TE, crtRB1 InDel4, and crtRB1 3′TE from left to right (discussed in later sections). Heterozygosity of the T allele of the dominant marker SNP (216) is not determined. Heterozygous alleles are separated by  |’. Favourable alleles are bolded and underlined; description of the markers is presented in Table 2. The haplotype 3, T, 8|–, 1, 0, 3 represents the worst allelic combination. The haplotype  0’, G, 8|0, 2, 12, 1 represents the best allelic combination.
